The room was on the 15th floor, offering nice privacy and a balcony. The sheets and pillows were remarkably soft, making for a comfortable night’s sleep. Unfortunately, the bathroom had issues—there was hair in the shower and a malfunctioning toilet that leaked. Temperature control was adequate, but the outdated tub design raised concerns about slipping. no refrigerator was available in the room. Valet parking was highly recommended. the location was fantastic, within walking distance of attractions, but the room's upkeep could definitely use attention.

I had a wonderful experience here, everything was good, the location was magnificent so close to Oklahoma City as well as the train station. I only stayed 1 night, yet the staff was willing to help - ticked all the boxes for me.

This hotel suits me perfectly with amenities like a fitness center, indoor pool, and 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff kindly helped me print documents. I highly recommend it and I'm excited to return for Christmas!

Convenient location near Bricktown, walking distance to restaurants, the riverwalk, and botanical gardens. Valet service was quick. The lobby impresses upon entry, and the glass elevator is a smooth ride, especially for my child. Rooms are surprisingly spacious with beautiful balcony views. the staff was hit or miss. The front desk struggled with timing; it took far too long to get extra blankets. The common areas were uncomfortably warm and cleanliness could be improved. Dining options on-site were limited, which led us to dine elsewhere. While the property has potential, it could greatly benefit from upgrades and better staff training. Still, I see it as a place worth revisiting for the right experience.

We stayed on the 13th floor. We were surprised to see our room. It was clean but that's the only thing I can say about it. Highly overated!!!! Asked for a king bed (online) but this room had two full/queen size beds. We have stayed in much better for the same amount of $$$

Location is excellent for access to the river walk and bike tours. The cleanliness could use improvement; found crumbs on the floor.

Everything was beautiful from the good service to the good food. Our club floor king room was equipped with central heating, an iron, and an electronic key card. The staff was willing to help, everyone was respectful and competent. The check-in was quick, we liked cocktail bar. Furthermore, WiFi worked well throughout the property...

What I liked about the Renaissance Oklahoma CIty Convention Center Hotel was that it is a very highly nicely designed, luxuious Hotel. The location is in a great location. Convient for any reason. The Hotel Staff were just great, helpful, and very polite. They checked me in and checked me out right away with no problems. Thank you Renaissance..

The only thing I didn't really care for while my stay was the construction site. Other than that I enjoyed myself.

Perfect location for events at Paycom, just a five-minute walk. The beds were incredibly comfortable, fueling a rejuvenating night's sleep. Staff was outstanding, always ready to help. our room had issues—barely enough outlets, and the cleanliness left something to be desired. The hot tub was lukewarm, and vending machines were out of order. the bartender crafted an unforgettable chocolate martini, and breakfast was a delight with thoughtful touches from the waiter. It’s a mixed bag of experiences, but some genuine moments made it memorable.

The rooms were very clean, the beds were wonderfully comfortable and the hotel was very convenient to the things we were going to be doing the evening we stayed there.

The cost was quite a bit too much for the facilities ($179, over $200 by the time tax and things were added). And the sink in our bathroom gurgled all night. As if there were air in the lines and the water kept backing up.
